Je tickets moeten gescand kunnen worden bij de entree.<\/p>\n<p>Check de instructie en veelgestelde vragen hieronder en volg alle stappen om jouw ticket(s) te personaliseren.<\/p>\n<h2>STAP 1: LOG IN OP JE SNAKEPIT ACCOUNT OF MAAK ER EEN AAN<\/h2>\n<p>Je hebt een Snakepit account nodig om je tickets te kunnen personaliseren. Ga naar <a href=\"http:\/\/snakepithardcore.nl\/login\">snakepithardcore.nl\/login<\/a> om in te loggen op je account. Als je nog geen Snakepit account hebt wordt deze automatisch aangemaakt. Check ook je spam box, de mails hierover kunnen in \u2018ongewenst\u2019 belanden.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3098\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snakepithardcore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Stap1personaliseren.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"692\" height=\"442\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>STAP 2: KLIK OP DE PERSONALISATIE LINK IN JE EMAIL<\/h2>\n<p>Direct nadat je je tickets hebt gekocht ontvang jij (de hoofdboeker) een email van Paylogic (no-reply@paylogic.com) met een verzoek om je tickets te personaliseren \/ meer informatie toe te voegen aan je order. Zoek deze email op in je inbox (of spam) en klik\u00a0op de personalisatie link.<\/p>\n<p>Als je deze mail met het personalisatie verzoek niet kunt vinden of het verkeerde email adres hebt gebruikt, <a href=\"http:\/\/customerservice.paylogic.com\">neem dan contact op met Paylogic<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3100\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snakepithardcore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Stap2personaliseren.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" height=\"613\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>STAP 3: CLAIM OF INVITE TICKETS<\/h2>\n<p>Als je een van de tickets voor jezelf hebt gekocht, klik dan op de \u2018claim\u2019 button. Dit ticket is nu gepersonaliseerd met jouw persoonlijke informatie. Als je daarna op \u2018back\u2019 klikt kan je zien dat je nu een ticket hebt geclaimd.<\/p>\n<p>Als je andere tickets hebt besteld (naast die van jezelf), kies dan \u2018invite\u2019. Je ziet nu nog een personalisatie link. Kopieer deze link en stuur deze door naar de vriend(in) voor wie dit ticket bestemd is. Adviseer hem\/haar om eerst een Snakepit account aan te maken of in te loggen (zie stap 1) en vervolgens pas op de personalisatie link te klikken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Belangrijk: elk email adres kan maar 1 keer gebruikt worden, dus zorg dat je een ander account\/email adres voor elk ticket gebruikt!<\/strong>\u00a0Als je al eerder tickets hebt gekocht (een andere order) en deze tickets al hebt geclaimd binnen die order, dan is het ook niet mogelijk om met datzelfde account\/email adres\u00a0opnieuw tickets te personaliseren.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3102\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snakepithardcore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Stap3personaliseren.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"688\" height=\"419\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>STEP 4: ZORG DAT JE ALLE TICKETS HEBT GEPERSONALISEERD<\/h2>\n<p>Een paar minuten nadat alle tickets binnen de order zijn gepersonaliseerd door verschillende accounts\/email adressen ontvangt de hoofdboeker alle tickets via de mail. Zorg dat je hiervoor ook je spam inbox checkt. Als je je tickets niet hebt ontvangen,\u00a0kun je deze link gebruiken om ze opnieuw naar je email adres te verzenden.<\/p>\n<p>Indien dat nog steeds niet werkt, <a href=\"http:\/\/customerservice.paylogic.com\">neem dan even contact op met Paylogic.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>TOT OP DE VOLGENDE EDITIE VAN SNAKEPIT!<\/p>\n<p>\u2026en je bent klaar!
