Good news! Snakepit 2023 is completely sold out!

Tickets for Snakepit 2023 need to be personalized. In case you have ordered multiple tickets, it’s necessary to personalize every ticket per visitor. Personalizing the other tickets within your order is possible by login in to your account (or by creating one if you haven’t already). You are able to claim 1 ticket per account. Once everyone within your order has claimed his or her ticket, the main buyer will receive all tickets via email. If this is still not working, you can best contact Paylogic Support. Only after personalization has been completed, you will receive your tickets via email. It is possible to personalize your tickets until the 5th of November 2023 via snakepithardcore.com/personalize.

Transfer tickets after personalization
Made an error in the personalization of your tickets or want to transfer your personalized tickets to somebody else? You can change the name on your ticket by using Ticket Transfer from Paylogic. Use the e-mail address you entered when placing the order and the barcode of the ticket that you want to change. The new owner of the ticket will receive a separate e-mail with the updated ticket. The old barcode is automatically canceled and will no longer be displayed in your order. Transfer your ticket to another person via this link. Please note that there are costs involved when using Ticket Transfer.

The minimum age for Snakepit is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years or older at the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!

We work with a deposit system on all cups, cans, and bottles we hand out at the bar during all our events. In order to recycle everything we hand out, we want to collect as much as possible. This way, we keep the event clean together and we make sure there is no trash on the ground.

How does this work? You will receive a recycle chip at the entrance for free. Pay attention: this chip isn’t a coin you can use to pay for beverages. It has no value and can only be used for the deposit.

1. First round? Hand in your recycle chip during your order at the bar;
2. Next round? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it when you order your new drink;
3. Lost your cup? Then you will have to pay 0,5 coin for a new cup/bottle;
4. Done? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it for a recycle chip.

This way we will keep Snakepit clean together!

At Snakepit 2023 there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and there are disabled toilets.

It is not allowed to take medication without a doctor’s statement. If you do have a valid doctor’s statement, you can bring your medication.

In addition, it is possible to pump and store this during the event at the First Aid.

There will be enough lockers (regular and large) available at Snakepit 2023.

It may sometimes occur that jewelry or other valuable personal belongings get stolen during events. Together with our security staff we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. We advise you to leave your valuable jewelry and other items with (personal) value at home to avoid losing it.

During Snakepit 2023 there will be enough choices between food and drinks. Do you have a special diet? Don’t worry, we also have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you have any questions, please contact us via [email protected].

All photo cameras are allowed. Take yours and SPAM the internet! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #Snakepit2023. Selfie sticks are allowed with a maximum length of 1 m.

Professional video cameras are not allowed, video cameras may not be larger than 20×20 cm.

You can get your food and drinks with tokens. Get your tokens at the token desk with PIN, credit card or cash. There will be no ATM inside the venue.

The drugs policy at Snakepit is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and hard drugs are not allowed. The police will check more strictly for prohibited narcotics at dance events throughout the Netherlands. We as an organization are obliged to hand over anyone caught with these prohibited substances to the police.

Due to the smoking ban in public areas, it is prohibited to smoke outside of the designated smoking areas at Snakepit. Due to the high fines imposed by the NVWA for smoking outside the designated smoking areas and because of the health risks, we have decided not to sell cigarettes at Snakepit so you cannot buy cigarettes during the event.
It is allowed to bring an e-smoker or vape. Make sure it is filled. It is not allowed to bring open refills, you can only bring sealed ones.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. We would really appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. If you decide to smoke outside the designated smoking areas, you run the risk of being removed from the event. Thanks in advance!

You have only got one pair of ears, so be careful with those. Make sure you wear hearing protection. Also don’t stand too close by speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards. Earplugs are for sale during the event.

Don’t feel like being the designated driver? You can also get to Snakepit by public transport. You can take the train to Eindhoven Central Station. From there, it’s a 20 minute walk to the Klokgebouw. You can also travel to the Eindhoven Strijp-S station. This is next to the Klokgebouw. Need to catch the first train back home? The first trains leaves Eindhoven Strijp S around 05:00 AM and from Eindhoven Central Station around 05:30 AM.

Be well prepared for your journey and use the ‘NS Reisplanner’ or ‘9292’. Use these tools to find out if there are any constructions on your route. Please note that the last train from Eindhoven could be very busy. We recommend to not catch the very last train in order to get to your destination.

Organizing your own bus trip to the event? You can get off the bus across the street from Klokgebouw Eindhoven. The drivers will then be able to park the touringcars on ‘Achtseweg Zuid’ and (if they want to wait near the venue) walk back across the pedestrian bridge in front of the train station. You don’t have to buy parking tickets for private touringcars. Please sign up your touring car here.

There is no shuttle bus service between Eindhoven Central Station and the Klokgebouw. The event is located within walking distance from the train station.

Car

Are you traveling to Snakepit 2023 by car? Driving to the Klokgebouw with GPS, use the following address: Klokgebouw 50 5617 AB Eindhoven. Turn your navigation system off once you see the yellow ‘Snakepit’ traffic sign, these will point you in the direction of the event site.

Parking

Strijp-S, the site where the Klokgebouw is located, has various parking facilities. You can see which parking facilities are available, where the entrances are located and the prices with this link.

Will you be dropped off and/or picked up? Lucky you! Your driver can drop you off and pick you up at the designated ‘Kiss & Ride’ location. This is clearly signposted and is easily accessible for visitors as well as drivers.

If you’re traveling to Snakepit by taxi, make sure the driver follows the ‘Taxi’ signs to the taxi stand. When you leave the event, there are taxis at the special rank. You can find the taxi stand by following the signs.

Are you living close by and will you hop on your bike or scooter? Park your bike or scooter at the designated bicycle storage. You can find the bicycle storage by following the signs.
