I didn’t receive my ticket(s) or lost them, what to do?
Tickets will be sent to your email address right after you completed the payment. Didn’t receive them or lost them? Go to paylogic.nl/tickets, enter your email address and you will receive your tickets again.
You can also download your tickets in your Paylogic profile. Log in over here. Can’t find your tickets in your Paylogic profile either? You might have used a wrong email address or made a typo. Please contact Paylogic customerservice so they can change this.

There will be enough lockers available at Snakepit 2019. A regular locker costs €7,- and a large €10,-.
The minimum age for Snakepit 2019 is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years of older at the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!
There will be lots of merchandise available at Snakepit 2019. Here you’ll find the brand new Snakepit merchandise, albums, merchandise related to the artists and more. Don’t want to wait until the event? You can also buy your merchandise online here: store.mastersofhardcore.com.
You can get your food and drinks with coins. Get your coins at the counter desk with PIN, credit card or cash. There will be no ATM inside the venue.

At Snakepit 2019 there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and there are disabled toilets.
What you can(not) bring

- Deodorant roller
- Water bag – if it’s empty
- Betpanthen ointment
- E-Smoker/vape – opened refills are not allowed
What you can’t bring:
- Sharp/dangerous items
- Selfiesticks longer than 1 m.
Food and drinks
During Snakepit 2019 there will be enough choices between food and drinks. Do you have a special diet? Don’t worry, we also have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you have any questions, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Due to the high fines imposed by the NVWA for smoking outside the designated smoking areas. We would really appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. If you decide to smoke outside the designated smoking areas, you run the risk of being removed from the event. Thanks in advance!
It is allowed to bring an e-smoker or vape. Make sure it is filled. It is not allowed to bring open refills, but sealed ones.
It is not allowed to take medication without a doctor’s statement. If you do have a valid doctor’s statement, you can bring your medication. In addition, it is possible to pump and store this during the event at the First Aid.
Charge your phone
It’s not possible to charge your phone during the event.
Protect your ears
You have only got one pair of ears, so be careful with those. Make sure you wear hearing protection. Also don’t stand to close by speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards. At the bars you can buy hearing protection.
All photo cameras are allowed. Take yours and SPAM the internet! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #Snakepit2019. Selfie sticks are allowed with a maximum length of 1 m.
Professional video cameras are not allowed, video cameras may not be larger than 20×20 cm.
The drugs policy at Snakepit 2019 is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and hard drugs are not allowed. So this means you also can’t bring weet/hash. If you do decide to take drugs with you, you take the risk of being removed from the venue or be handed over to the police.
During Snakepit 2019 we celebrate safe. If you have questions about the use of alcohol or other drugs you are more than welcome at the Celebrate Safe stand (supported by Unity). Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers will be more than happy to provide you with objective and open minded advice about alcohol and other drugs. This will be anonymous and in a safe environment.
