Snakepit will take place on November 2nd, 2024 at the Klokgebouw in Eindhoven from 2:00 PM till 00:00 AM CEST. Read everything you need to know about the event in the final info.

You can enter the event till 8:00 PM, after that the doors will be closed.

MEET SPITNOISE AT SNAKEPIT

Meet Spitnoise at the merchandise stand from 07:00 PM to 07:30 PM for a special signing session of his new album ‘Mix the Future’. Don’t miss it!

RECYCLE CHIP

We work with a deposit system on all cups, cans, and bottles we hand out at the bar during all our events. In order to recycle everything we hand out, we want to collect as much as possible. This way, we keep the event clean together and we make sure there is no trash on the ground.

How does this work? You will receive a recycle chip at the entrance for free. Pay attention: this chip isn’t a token you can use to pay for beverages. It has no value and can only be used for the deposit.

  1. First round? Hand in your recycle chip during your order at the bar;
  2. Next round? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it when you order your new drink;
  3. Lost your cup? Then you will have to pay 0,5 token for a new cup/bottle;
  4. Done? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it for a recycle chip.

This way we will keep Snakepit clean together!

LOCKERS

There will be enough lockers (regular & large) available at Snakepit 2024.

MINIMUM AGE

The minimum age for Snakepit is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years or older at the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!

MERCHANDISE

There will be lots of merchandise available at Snakepit 2024. Here you’ll find the brand new Snakepit merchandise, albums, merchandise related to the artists and more.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can get your food and drinks with coins. Get your coins at the counter desk with PIN, credit card or cash. There will be no ATM inside the venue.

DISABLED

At Snakepit 2024 there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and there are disabled toilets.

WHAT YOU CAN(NOT) BRING

We often receive questions about which items you can or cannot bring to Snakepit. We’ve summed up the items you most frequently have questions about, check them below.

What you can bring:
  • Deodorant roller
  • Water bag – if it’s empty
  • Crutches
  • Betpanthen ointment
  • E-Smoker/vape – opened refills are not allowed
What you can’t bring:
  • Liquids
  • Sharp/dangerous items
  • Selfiesticks longer than 1 m.
  • Food/drinks
  • Umbrella’s
  • Pre-workout

FOOD AND DRINKS

During Snakepit 2024 there will be enough choices between food and drinks. Do you have a special diet? Don’t worry, we also have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you have any questions, please contact us via [email protected].

MEDICATION

It is not allowed to take medication without a doctor’s statement. If you do have a valid doctor’s statement, you can bring your medication. In addition, it is possible to pump and store this during the event at the First Aid.

(VIDEO) CAMERA’S

All photo cameras are allowed. Take yours and SPAM the internet! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #Snakepit2024. Selfie sticks are allowed with a maximum length of 1 m.
Professional video cameras are not allowed, video cameras may not be larger than 20×20 cm.

ZERO TOLERANCE

The drugs policy at Snakepit is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and hard drugs are not allowed. If you are caught doing this you risk being removed from the event or handed over to the police.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking inside the halls is strictly prohibited during this event. You can only smoke in the designated smoking area outside Pit 2. Failure to comply with this smoking ban may result in removal from the event.

It is allowed to bring an e-smoker or vape. Make sure it is filled. It is not allowed to bring open refills, you can only bring sealed ones. Please note that vaping is also only permitted outside in the designated smoking area.

NO CIGARETTES AVAILABLE

There won’t be cigarettes available at Snakepit 2024.

All Found items will be collected at the front desk of Klokgebouw in Eindhoven. You can contact them via:

JEWELRY & OTHER VALUABLES 

It may sometimes occur that jewelry or other valuable personal belongings get stolen during events. Together with our security staff we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. We advise you to leave your valuable jewelry and other items with (personal) value at home to avoid losing it.

PROTECT YOUR EARS

You only got one pair of ears, so be careful with those. Make sure you wear hearing protection. Also don’t stand too close to speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards. Earplugs are for sale during the event, you can buy them at the bar.

CELEBRATE SAFE

During Snakepit, we celebrate safe. If you have questions about the use of alcohol or other drugs you are more than welcome at the Celebrate Safe stand (supported by Unity). Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers will be more than happy to provide you with objective and open minded advice about alcohol and other drugs. This will be anonymous and in a safe environment.
