GENERAL

Snakepit will take place on November 4th, 2023 at the klokgebouw in Eindhoven from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

TICKETS

Exciting news! Snakepit is officially sold out and unfortunately, there are no more tickets available.

I didn’t receive my ticket(s) or lost them, what to do?

Tickets are typically sent to your email right after you complete the payment. If you can’t find your ticket(s) or have lost them, you can try to retrieve them at paylogic.nl/tickets. Simply enter your email address and you will receive your tickets again. You can also download your tickets from your Paylogic profile.

If you can’t find your tickets in your Paylogic profile, it’s possible you’ve used the wrong email address or made a typo. In such cases, please reach out to our customer service at https://customerservice.paylogic.com for assistance.

I used a wrong email address, can this be changed?

If you accidentally used the wrong email address, there’s no need to worry. Our customer service team at https://customerservice.paylogic.com can help you with this.

TIMETABLE

This is the timetable for Snakepit 2023.

RECYCLE CHIP

We work with a deposit system on all cups, cans, and bottles we hand out at the bar during all our events. In order to recycle everything we hand out, we want to collect as much as possible. This way, we keep the event clean together and we make sure there is no trash on the ground.

How does this work? You will receive a recycle chip at the entrance for free. Pay attention: this chip isn’t a token you can use to pay for beverages. It has no value and can only be used for the deposit.

  1. First round? Hand in your recycle chip during your order at the bar;
  2. Next round? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it when you order your new drink;
  3. Lost your cup? Then you will have to pay 0,5 token for a new cup/bottle;
  4. Done? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it for a recycle chip.

This way we will keep Snakepit clean together!

LOCKERS

There will be enough lockers available at Snakepit 2023. A small locker costs €9,- and a large €12,-.

MINIMUM AGE

The minimum age for Snakepit is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years or older at the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!

MERCHANDISE

There will be lots of merchandise available at Snakepit 2023. Here you’ll find the brand new Snakepit merchandise, albums, merchandise related to the artists and more. Don’t want to wait until the event? You can also buy your merchandise online here: store.mastersofhardcore.com.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can get your food and drinks with coins. Get your coins at the counter desk with PIN, credit card or cash. There will be no ATM inside the venue.

DISABLED

At Snakepit 2023 there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and there are disabled toilets.

WHAT YOU CAN(NOT) BRING

We often receive questions about which items you can or cannot bring to Snakepit. We’ve summed up the items you most frequently have questions about, check them below.

What you can bring:
  • Deodorant roller
  • Water bag – if it’s empty
  • Crutches
  • Betpanthen ointment
  • E-Smoker/vape – opened refills are not allowed
What you can’t bring:
  • Liquids
  • Sharp/dangerous items
  • Selfiesticks longer than 1 m.
  • Food/drinks

FOOD AND DRINKS

During Snakepit 2023 there will be enough choices between food and drinks. Do you have a special diet? Don’t worry, we also have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you have any questions, please contact us via [email protected].

MEDICATION

It is not allowed to take medication without a doctor’s statement. If you do have a valid doctor’s statement, you can bring your medication. In addition, it is possible to pump and store this during the event at the First Aid.

(VIDEO) CAMERA’S

All photo cameras are allowed. Take yours and SPAM the internet! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #Snakepit2023. Selfie sticks are allowed with a maximum length of 1 m.

Professional video cameras are not allowed, video cameras may not be larger than 20×20 cm.

ZERO TOLERANCE

The drugs policy at Snakepit is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and hard drugs are not allowed.

SMOKING POLICY

Due to the smoking ban in public areas, it is prohibited to smoke outside of the designated smoking areas at Snakepit. Due to the high fines imposed by the NVWA for smoking outside the designated smoking areas and because of the health risks, we have decided not to sell cigarettes at Snakepit so you cannot buy cigarettes during the event.

It is allowed to bring an e-smoker or vape. Make sure it is filled. It is not allowed to bring open refills, but sealed ones. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. We would really appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. If you decide to smoke outside the designated smoking areas, you run the risk of being removed from the event. Thanks in advance!

JEWELRY & OTHER VALUABLES 

It may sometimes occur that jewelry or other valuable personal belongings get stolen during events. Together with our security staff we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. We advise you to leave your valuable jewelry and other items with (personal) value at home to avoid losing it.

PROTECT YOUR EARS

You only got one pair of ears, so be careful with those. Make sure you wear hearing protection. Also don’t stand too close by speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards. Earplugs are for sale during the event, you can buy them at the market.
